Before regular application, conduct a patch test to ensure skin compatibility. Apply 1-2 sprays on a small area of your skin and wait for at least 24 hours to observe any reactions.

For first-time users, start with 3-6 sprays of magnesium oil on your feet for the first 3 weeks. Then continue to apply to the feet, torso, legs, arms, and underarms.

Apply liberally to clean skin of torso, legs, underarms, arms, and feet. Avoid sensitive areas and mucus membranes.It is normal to experience a tingling sensation during initial use.

After application, you may notice a slight salt-like mineral residue when the solution dries. This is normal.
If desired, rinse or wipe off after 20 minutes.
